Yes. You must be a California resident to participate in telehealth services.
All services are offered through secure telehealth (video) visits.
Insurance is not accepted at this time. However, superbills for out-of-network reimbursement are available.
Step 1: Free 15-Minute Phone Consultation – $0
This call allows us to get acquainted, discuss your treatment goals, and ensure a good fit. I’ll provide honest feedback and an estimate of how long treatment may take. If we decide to move forward, the next step is booking an Initial Consultation. Spots are limited, so book today.
Step 2: 75-Minute Initial Consultation – $450
This session covers your full medical, social, lifestyle, and psychiatric history. I’ll take a 360-degree approach to create a personalized treatment plan, which may include recommendations on medications, supplements, psychotherapy, diet, lifestyle modifications, or lab testing. Every recommendation is made with time and cost-effectiveness in mind.
Step 3: Regular Follow-Up Visits – $300 to $350/hour
We’ll meet every few weeks—more frequently at first—to track progress, ensure you’re tolerating treatment, and make any necessary adjustments. Sometimes rating scales are used to measure improvements. Follow-up visits may also be combined with therapy.
